As I continue to build my MLM business I realize that the best thing I did in order to ensure the success I was looking for was to hire a coach.  I found that what my team leader was teaching me was just not working.  As a result I went searching elsewhere.

I saw the infinite possibilities with MLM and realized that there was no way my job was going to be able to provide what the vehicle of MLM could.  The beauty for you is that I am now a team leader that has learned the right way to build a MLM business, that is to lead with the business rather than the product.  When you lead with the product you are a commissioned sales person, not a business builder.

Here are the 5 success habits you must develop in order to ensure your success:

1. WHY what’s your why?  Everyone has a different reason for building their MLM business, but if money is your only reason you will fail.  Think about what you want the money for, what are you going to do in your life when you achieve the success you are looking for.  This would be your why and it must be your driving force, what wakes you up in the morning and puts you to sleep at night.
2. Priorities – they are always your decision.  Every action and every word exposes your priorities, watch what you do and say during the day, are you making your business your priority?  Or if you have not found a business yet are you making that search your daily priority?  Your daily action produces your future, just like brushing your teeth makes for much more pleasant visits to the dentist.  Daily procrastination produces also results, however they are going to be the results you do not want.  It is always YOUR decision
3. Five year process – you will not build a successful long term MLM business overnight or any business when it comes down to it.   In order to build you must lay out your goals dreams and build your why, this is your foundation.  Then you develop and fine tune your strategies, procedures and habits as your progress.  Understand that this will take time, 2 – 5 years.
4. Practice – every single day – Make practice a daily habit.  When you can control procrastination, indecision and fear your life will definitely take a turn for the better.
5. Manage decisions – When you respect your decisions enough you will manage your decisions accordingly.  Ask yourself, at this stage of building my MLM business would it be a good decision to go out for lunch with the negative know-it-alls from the office, would it be a good decision to watch TV all nite.  When you manage your decisions keep your “Why” in mind and ask yourself will this assist me in building my MLM business?
