Intelligence Testing in the workplace?

I have to take part in a debate next week about why cognitive ability tests (IQ tests) aren’t sufficient for providing employers information about potential candidates for a job. Do you have any thoughts on why intelligence tests AREN’T the best indicator of success within a business. If you have an article from the internet to back it up, that would be most helpful!!

Intellegence is actually counterproductive for most jobs. The reason is that most jobs are mindless and intellegent people wont or cant do them. Albert Einstein was brilliant but was unable to tie his own shoes. Intellegence is no measure of ability to work on a team, provide excellent customer service or getting along with co-workers.
