Hmmm…. Interesting question.
In the context of a large corporation, I’ll go with “Political Decision Making”.
All corporate managers act as agents and caretakers of the shareholders, who are represented by the Board of Directors. High level managers in large corporations tend to be very attuned to the Board’s priorities, and therefore often act very politically: Insuring they have a broad base of support from their constituency (shareholders and the Board) for any of their actions and decisions.
